Aberdeenshire North and Moray East is a constituency of the House of Commons in the UK Parliament. [1] Following the completion of the 2023 review of Westminster constituencies , it was first contested at the 2024 general election , since when it has been held by Seamus Logan of the Scottish National Party .

The constituency covers parts of both Aberdeenshire and Moray. It is one of the five constituencies covering Aberdeenshire in the Scottish Parliament, alongside Aberdeenshire East, Aberdeenshire West, Aberdeen South and North Kincardine and Angus North and Mearns. The rest of Moray is represented by the Moray constituency.

Peterhead was, and remains, an important fishing port, and the breakwater gave it an advantage over other fishing ports. Mintlaw is in the Buchan administrative area of Aberdeenshire and as of 2012 was the second-largest settlement of the area after Peterhead. [7] For elections to the Scottish Parliament, the village is in the Aberdeenshire East and the North East Scotland electoral region.
