Historically the hotel was one of the main inns in the towns, when it was named the Cobourg Hotel and run by the Hughes family. [1] A hotel is known to have existed in the spot in 1798, though an inscription dated to 1816 on the stairs indicates that it had been rebuilt then by William Maddox, and completed by Ambrose Smith and William Lewis after Maddox's death in 1815.

Tenby Castle (Welsh: Castell Dinbych-y-pysgod) was a fortification standing on a headland separated by an isthmus from the town of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales. The remaining stone structure dates from the 13th century but there are mentions of the castle from as early as 1153. [1]
The castle is now a 26-room luxury hotel and restaurant, and a venue for weddings. Between 1966 and 1986 the castle was operated as one of the UK's top restaurants by Kenneth Bell with staff including food writer Nigel Slater [ 9 ] and MasterChef New Zealand judge Simon Gault [ 10 ] early in their culinary careers.
Corrour Lodge is situated at the eastern end of Loch Ossian on the Corrour Estate on Rannoch Moor, Scotland.It is a large modernist residence (also let as luxury holiday accommodation) which opened in 2004 in place of Old Corrour Lodge, which had been destroyed by fire in 1942.
