The Walnut Tree (also known as The Walnut Tree Inn) is a restaurant in Llanddewi Skirrid, Monmouthshire, Wales.It is run by chef Shaun Hill and holds a Michelin star.It was previously owned by Franco Taruschio for more than 30 years, and had previously held a star when Stephen Terry was head chef there.
He then went into business with Francesco Mattioli and bought The Walnut Tree in Abergavenny (previously run by Italian celebrity chef Franco Taruschio) and gained a Michelin star there. They subsequently parted company, with Mattioli remaining at the Walnut Tree. Terry has appeared on the BBC programme representing Wales in Great British Menu.
Southampton Village Historic District is a historic district in Southampton, New York, in Suffolk County. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, and its boundaries were increased in 1993 by what was termed the Lewis Street Expansion Area .
Recorded as Swæthelinge in 909 AD, [2] the origins of the name Swaythling (or prior to 1895, more commonly referred to as Swathling village) are uncertain. It is widely thought that the name originally referred to the stream that runs through the area, now known as Monks Brook; [2] the Old English word swætheling is believed to mean "misty stream".

Peartree Green is an open space on high ground on the east bank of the River Itchen in Southampton, in the ceremonial county of Hampshire, England. A 16/17th century building, Peartree House, still stands, though is today concealed by private housing. The house and the green take their name from a pear tree that grew near the parish church. [1]
The West Quay Retail Park is an out-of-town style retail park, but located within the city centre. It includes a number of large warehouse-style stores. The retail park also has a small food section and is also the location of Southampton's geothermal power plant. Southampton Coach Station is also located here.
