    In the future, please make your own posts. The 3D in Google Earth Pro depends on three settings: Go to Tools>Options>3D View and select 'Use 3D imagery'. In the Sidebar, at the very bottom of Layers, select Terrain. Also in the Sidebar, the 3D Buildings layer will toggle 3D on and off. 3D isn't available in all areas. I hope that helps.
