State Trunk Highway 140 (often called Highway 140, STH-140 or WIS 140) is an 11.50-mile (18.51 km) state highway in Rock County, Wisconsin, United States, that runs in north–south from the Illinois border, near Bergen, through Clinton to east of Emerald Grove. The highway was designated in 1923/1924 and paved in the early 1930s.
Rock County was created as a territorial county on December 7, 1836, from Milwaukee County and fully organized February 19, 1839. [3] The county is named for the Rock River , which bisects the county from north to south.
WIS 26 begins in downtown Janesville, Rock County at U.S. Highway 51 (US 51, North Parker Drive), and follows East Centerway Street, to turn northeast on Milton Ave. [2] WIS 26 crosses US 14 and Interstate 39/Interstate 90 (I-39/I-90) on the northeast side of the city.

State Trunk Highway 184 (often called Highway 184, STH-184 or WIS 184) was a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It ran north–south between Footville and Fulton. In 1999, the road was turned over to Rock County, which maintains it as County Trunk Highway H (CTH-H).
The highway crosses WIS 29 five miles (8.0 km) north of the Chippewa County line in Cadott and junctions with WIS 64 in Cornell. WIS 27 enters Rusk County five miles (8.0 km) north of Holcombe. [7] The entire stretch of WIS 27 is due north–south and passes through only one city, Ladysmith, midway through the county.
