The “print screen” button in the keyboard of the “HP EliteBook 8770w Mobile Workstation” needs pressing the “fn” and thus two buttons are required to do the print screen (attached). The behavior of the screenshot key can be changed by right-clicking Start->Settings->Accessibility->Keyboard, and try turning off "Use the Print screen key to open screen capture" to revert to the traditional behavior (captures the full screen to the clipboard only). If you do not see a PrtScn key, it is usually assigned to a function key. For my Dell Laptop, it is F10. So you need to press Windows key+F10. Refer to the computer manual for exact key. You can also use Win+Shift+S keys to take a screenshot/snip and then save the same. Hope that helps. Sumit.
