History. The Church of Saint-Martin was founded in honor of Saint Martin in Arlon, in the province of Luxembourg, Belgium. [citation needed] Built over seven years, the St Martin's church in Arlon was inaugurated in 1914. It was designed by Belgian architects Edouard Van Gheluwe and Modeste de Noyette. [1]
