The Philadelphia Premium Outlets is a 553,000-square-foot (51,400 m 2) open-air outlet mall located in Limerick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, 35 miles northwest of Philadelphia. It is located off an interchange of U.S. Route 422 near the Limerick Nuclear Power Plant. It is owned by the Premium Outlets division of Simon Property Group.
Fashion District Philadelphia is a shopping mall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, located in Center City along Market Street. It opened in 2019 on the site of a previous mall known as The Gallery and later renamed The Gallery at Market East .
In summer 2014, the mall was foreclosed and put up for sale. Sun Equity Partners purchased the mall for $30 million in January 2015. On September 16, 2014, Simon Property Group renamed the mall from Franklin Mills to Philadelphia Mills. [7] With 92 stores still open as of late 2024, Franklin Mall is the second largest shopping mall in Pennsylvania. The mall’s new owner, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), renamed the mall from Philadelphia Mills to Franklin Mall in late 2024. [8]
