The University of Wisconsin–Stout (UW–Stout or Stout) is a public university in Menomonie, Wisconsin, United States. The polytechnic university of the University of Wisconsin System, [3] it enrolls more than 6,900 students. [4] The school was founded in 1891 and named in honor of its founder, lumber magnate James Huff Stout.
Clayt Birmingham (born c. 1974) is an American college football coach. He is the head football coach for the University of Wisconsin–Stout, a position he has held since 2010.
The stadium is named in honor of Don Williams, a former member of the UW–Stout Board of Directors, and his wife, Nona. The couple made a significant contribution towards the construction of the stadium. The Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Management is an online interdisciplinary sustainable management bachelor's degree program. A joint effort between the University of Wisconsin–Extension and four of the University of Wisconsin campuses, UW–Parkside, UW–River Falls, UW–Stout, and UW–Superior, the program began enrolling students for the fall 2009 semester.
