Paris School District 7 is a school district in Paris, Arkansas, United States. The district encompasses 223.90 square miles (579.9 km 2) of land in Logan County, [citation needed] and serves Paris, New Blaine, and a section of Subiaco. [2] In 1968 the Logan County school district merged into the Paris district. [3]

In the 1932–1933 school year, Arkansas had 3,086 school districts, with 1,990 of them each operating a school for white students that only employed a single teacher. Calvin R. Ledbetter Jr. of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock stated that the Great Depression caused a drop in government revenues and frustrated school consolidation.
It consists of four schools: Scott Charter School in Scott and Maumelle Charter Elementary School, Maumelle Charter High School, and "Maumelle Charter Middle School" all in Maumelle. Academics Plus was chartered in 2001 as the first charter school in Arkansas. The charter was renewed in 2003 and 2007.

The Paris High School mascot and athletic emblem is known as the Eagle with the school colors of royal blue and white. For the 2012-2014 seasons, the Paris Eagles participate in the 3A Classification from the 3A Region 4 Conference, as administered by the Arkansas Activities Association.
