William Henry Harrison High School, also known as Evansville Harrison High School, is a public high school on the east side of Evansville, Indiana. Students at Harrison come from the Plaza Park Middle School and McGary Middle School. Harrison High School opened in September, 1962.
The school was named for Carl J. Harrison, a member of the Cobb County Board of Education, a member of the Georgia House of Representatives, elected in 1975, and later a Senator in the Georgia State Senate, [2] elected in 1983.

Harrison was the third high school in the district, and the only one with a Freshman class. In March 2016, the Farmington school board announced that the school was to close at the end of the 2018-2019 academic year, citing lower student populations in the city of Farmington Hills.
The building is currently used as the middle school. Harrison High School demonstrates a circular design, like a rotunda, with a hallway spanning one quarter of a circle, and a hallway that is a full circle radially centered inside the primary hallway, connected by two other hallways, the Main Hallway, and the Senior Hallway.
The CDP is in the Harrison K-12 Schools school district. [7] Harrison Public School educates students from kindergarten through 12th grade. [8] For the 2021-2022 school year, 95 students were enrolled. [9] There are 3 schools in the district. Harrison High School's team name is the Wildcats. The construction of a new structure to house Harrison High School began in January, 2005, and was completed in the summer of 2007 in time for the 2007-2008 school year. The new Harrison High School is located at the intersection of Kingsland Avenue and Hamilton Street in the northeastern corner of the town on the former site of Clayton Container.
