Otjiwarongo Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Otjozondjupa Region of Namibia. It had 22,614 inhabitants in 2004 [ 1 ] and 22,931 registered voters in 2020 [update] . [ 2 ] The constituency consists of the town of Otjiwarongo and the surrounding rural area.
The farming activities of Okahandja and Otjiwarongo are homogeneous as these parts are well known for cattle farming. The Otavi and Grootfontein districts, and to a lesser extent also Otjiwarongo, are the granary of Namibia. The region also has a great potential to establish industries connected with such farming activities and by-products of it.

Established in 1990, the Ministry of Justice of Namibia provides court representation to ministries, offices, agencies, the master of the High Court, the speaker of the National Assembly, the prosecutor-general, magistrates, the Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, regional councils, recognized traditional authorities, and entities associated with the government administration. In 2018, lawyer Anita Grobler from Otjiwarongo and her South African spouse Susan Jacobs, together for over 25 years, filed a lawsuit in the High Court to have their 2009 South African marriage recognized in Namibia and to obtain residency rights for Jacobs.
