' Beaumontois in Périgord '; Occitan: Bèlmontés de Perigòrd) is a commune in the Dordogne department of southwestern France. The municipality was established on 1 January 2016 and consists of the former communes of Beaumont-du-Périgord , Labouquerie , Nojals-et-Clotte and Sainte-Sabine-Born .

Périgord (UK: / ˈ p ɛr ɪ ɡ ɔːr / PERR-ig-or, US: / ˌ p ɛr ɪ ˈ ɡ ɔːr /- OR; [1] [2] French: [peʁiɡɔʁ] ⓘ; Occitan: Peiregòrd [pejɾeˈɣɔɾ(t)] or Perigòrd [peɾiˈɣɔɾ(t)]) is a natural region and former province of France, which corresponds roughly to the current Dordogne department, now forming the northern part of the administrative region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine.
The European Music Video was inspired by the 1979 movie Mad Max, filmed using the same roads in the You Yangs region of Australia and also featured actors Megan Dorman and Kick Gurry. The video was conceived and directed by Jolyon Watkins (Exit Films, Australia) and was a finalist for music promo of the year of the 2002 Muzik Magazine awards.
