The Potter-Haan mansion is a Colonial Revival building designed by the architect Edward T. Hapgood.The mansion was built in 1904 by Wales Lines Co of Meriden, CT for $30,000 and used as the Connecticut Building at the St. Louis World's Fair, and moved to Lafayette, Indiana, at the end of the fair.
