The only time Cappie considered moving on is for his first love Casey. Casey and Cappie dated in their freshman year but Cappie's partying ways conflicted with the more ambitious Casey. Ultimately, Casey left him. Cappie never recovered from losing Casey and as a result he was unable to maintain any serious relationship afterwards.
Casey gets the morning after pill just in case. At ZBZ, the sisters are watching over faculty children during the big game, and Cappie comes over to help Casey, and to prove to her that he’s matured. Rusty also divulges to Casey that Cappie declared a major. Later that night, Casey and Cappie share a romantic moment in the playground.
Casey, Evan, and Cappie all make amends and Cappie announced Rusty as the new Kappa Tau president. The Kappa Tau house is torn down, but Rusty pledges to find a new better house. Casey quits CRU Law to go to Washington with Cappie, who graduated. In the final scene the group says goodbye to Casey and Cappie before they leave for Washington.
