Hello, I am Jessica Zumwalt, your Lincoln County Collector of Revenue. I am a life long resident of Lincoln County. I have owned and operated my own cleaning business in the county, and have also worked within a few of the counties’ entities. I was elected on November 6, 2018 and took office March 4, 2019.

Tax rates (levies) are set each year by local taxing jurisdictions within the limits set by the Missouri Constitution and laws. Rates are based on the revenues that had been permitted for the prior year with an allowance for growth based on the rate of inflation.
Merchant License. According to Missouri Statue Section 150, every person, corporation, partnership or association of persons who deals as a merchant is required to obtain a county merchant license. If the merchant has multiple locations, a separate license is required for each location.
