So in summary I have 200mbps download and should receive 20mbps upload. What I get is 200mbps download to 3mbps upload. I have verified this with WIFI network speed in Task manager, Ookla speed test, google speed test both on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Internet explorer. I get the same results regardless.
