Jeyne Poole is on her way to Eastwatch by the Sea. I don't think it needs a lot of speculation. We might yet again get surprised by GRRM, but logically, this is the best explanation at hand. Whereabouts of Jeyne Westerling, however, is one mysterious thing, though it'd be off-topic to discuss it here.
While Jeyne's sex slavery/torture seems to be yet another iteration of GRRM visiting cruelty on innocents to remind us what a horrible world this is (Elia's rape, Rhaenys and Aegon's murders, Bran's crippling, Quentyn's agonizingly slow death, etc.), Jeyne possibly losing her nose and being rendered ugly, even as she had once mocked Arya ...
Also, harping on Jeyne Poole deserving to have her nose disfigured after everything else she's been through feels a bit like walking up to someone who has just had their home wiped out and their family killed off by a tornado and saying to them "Hey, you know, it's about damn time you paid back that $1.00 you owe me."
What happened to Jeyne Poole wasn't objectively worse than what happened to Theon. The reason why Jeyne merits more sympathy from the forum is because of who she is, not what she went through. What really sets apart Jeyne's suffering from Theon's is that the abuse is happening to a thirteen-year-old girl who never did anything worse than ...
So, in Theon I Stannis sends "Arya", really Jeyne Poole back to the Wall to Jon Snow. Now Jon Snow may not be dead, or at least, stay dead but he'll most likely not be in a position to tell Stannis' crew that this ain't Arya. So that charade may go on for quite some time. Meanwhile Davos is retrieving Rickon from Skagos.
Jeyne is currently accompanying Justin Massey to the Wall, after which he is to go to Braavos. With Jon Snow "dead" and the Night's Watch perhaps unwilling to take on any more hungry mouths, especially those connected with Jon and Stannis, Massey might have no choice but to take Jeyne with him.
No one (well, except for "Reek") would have cared to go to such lengths to save Jeyne Poole, steward's daughter. They fought to save Arya Stark, Ned's little girl, one of the Starks of Winterfell. People really think Stannis, or any of the kings/high lords, would march on the Vale because of what was done to Jeyne Poole?! Talk about naive...
While reading I recognised, that the name Jeyne is used very often. I can think about nine Jeynes. Jeyne Poole; Jeyne Westerling, who married Rob. Jeyne Westerling, who married a Targaryen soon after the conquest. Jeyne Frey, born as Beesbury. Jeyne Goodbrook, born as Frey. Jeyne rivers. Jeyne Farman, childfriend of Cersei. The long Jeyne ...

It also makes sense for Arya to be the one carrying out the sentence as a retribution for Jeyne Poole, and since poor Jeyne is so broken, her looking for the gift would make sense, as well. Learning about Jeyne's plight under Arya's identity would definitely compel the real Arya to take this very personally, and since her training provides her ...
