Open Heaven / River Wild features several prominent vocalists of Hillsong, including Reuben Morgan, Joel Houston and Marty Sampson, as well as the Hillsong United band and the Hillsong Young & Free group. Following the Easter release of "O Praise the Name (Anástasis)", the album's lead single, "One Thing", was released on 18 September 2015.
The first of these was initially to be the eighth album (and first studio album) by Hillsong United. That album was simply released with the title All of the Above . The second of these to be part of the series was to be an extended play release compiled of performances by Hillsong United's under 21-year-old members.
Hillsong Young & Free released their first live album, We Are Young & Free, on 1 October 2013. [5] [6] [7] The album debuted and peaked at No. 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart in Australia, [8] also charting on several Billboard charts in the United States, peaking at No. 22 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the Christian Albums chart.
