Milton Heumann (born 8 July 1947) is Distinguished Professor of Political Science at Rutgers University. He received his B.A. from Brooklyn College and his M.Phil. and Ph.D. from Yale University . He taught at the University of Michigan before joining the Rutgers faculty in 1981.
