Only one account gets a notification of any kind. The other two receive no LED, sound, or icon notification. If I open Maildroid, the message is there though (as in, the unread count is noted and an asterisk exists. Removing and recreating all rules makes no difference. All three accounts are Google Apps accounts setup via IMAP. Sprint Epic 4G.
Used K-9 but didn't get emails from my yahoo account via wifi but maildroid works fine with wifi.
Hi all! Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to turn off the auto- mark as read feature in Maildroid. Actually I guess it's not really a feature, since it's the default, but I'm wondering if there is a feature to turn that off so that emails will stay marked as unread even after I open...

I used Maildroid for a while but found it to be terribly cumbersome and slow with IMAP. I didn't use it for Pop. The latest version of K-9 rocks. It fixed all of the IMAP issues and works smoothly. I've deleted Maildroid and use K-9 exclusively. It is more powerful, faster and easier to use than...
Maildroid (the free version) has issues connecting to IMAP as well, at least using SSL. The interface seems a bit clunky to me too. I also noticed that whenever I reply to an email, it CC's me on the response.
I am trying out maildroid and have a couple of questions. I have set up an additional identity to send email from and I notice that when I use this identity the sent email is stored on my phone rather than on the Gmail server. Have I missed a setting or is this just how maildroid works? I...
