This is called (Microsoft) Designer. Hit the + on your sidebar. Hit the By Microsoft tab under Discover More. Scroll down to Image Creator from Designer. I got a 24 hour ban on bing image creator for trying to fix a prompt that kept getting flagged no matter how much i changed it. I'm so tired of tools like this being in the hands of people who create these problems by restricting the creativity of its users.
Generate your images on the Copilot main page in the chat. It will give you four images select one to look at the larger size you will then see the resize icon click it then choose square. It will now generate a new version in a square AR. You can go back and forth if you don't like the square option it generates.

However the problem is, that I seemingly can not delete old creations at all. And before someone says it, I already tried the suggestions like, delete your bing search history and/or Microsoft search history. So exactly what in the bing image creator help is stated. Yet nothing works, old creations are still there.
