The Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM) is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on reducing homelessness. Headquartered in Tustin, California, OCRM operates multiple programs on nine campuses throughout Orange County to help people move from homelessness to self-sufficiency.

(now Ruby's Place inc.), was established in Hayward, California, in 1972 by a local group of women who attended church together.
In 1990, Harbor House opened an outreach center and office in the Orange County Courthouse to provide additional support services. From 1992 to 2004, Harbor House operated a small on-site public school, licensed within the Orange County Public School System. Also in 1992, Harbor House renovated the shelter to add thirty beds to their capacity. [4]
