Tucson House is a modern residential high-rise that was completed in 1963. The tower is one of the taller buildings in Tucson, Arizona. The building rises 195 feet and has 17 floors. Tucson House was designed by Chicago developers to be a luxury high-rise apartment building, and was the most luxurious residential building in Tucson at that time.
The four housing developments total more than $147 million in investment, with nearly $56 million for affordable and permanent supportive housing.

Flanner House Homes is a national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana. The district encompasses 180 contributing buildings in the Project Area "A" (Indianapolis Redevelopment Commission) of Indianapolis. It was developed between about 1950 and 1959, and includes single family and duplex dwellings for African-American families.
