Michael Deane (born 19 March 1961) is a chef from Lisburn, Northern Ireland.. Deane started his career at Claridge's in London. In 1993 he moved back to Northern Ireland and opened Deane's on the Square with his cousin, Haydn Deane in Helen's Bay, County Down.

Oliver Dunne (Dublin, 1977) is an Irish chef and restaurant owner. He is the owner of the Michelin starred restaurant Bon Appétit in Malahide, County Dublin. [1] Dunne was a regular guest in the former Irish TV-show The Afternoon Show. Dunne started his career as commis at Gotham Café in Dublin.
He is best known for his own restaurant "Oriel" 1999-2006 where he earned Michelin stars in 2004 and 2005 as well as many other accolades and wide recognition for his modern style of Irish Cuisine. [3] Smyth sold The Oriel in 2006 to work as a chef consultant for The Hilden Brewery who opened Molly's Yard Restaurant on Botanic Avenue Belfast.
