  9. Payment and valid proof must be provided prior to your court date to avoid attending court. Once you receive an email confirmation regarding your proof, please call our office for further payment instructions.

  10. PROBATE – Kenton County Circuit Court

    When the decedent’s estate is valued at less than $30,000.00, a surviving spouse, surviving children, and/or preferred creditor may ask the court to direct the transfer of estate assets without the need for further court proceedings.

  11. Bonds may be posted at the Circuit Clerk’s office in the Justice Center from 8 am to 3:30 pm Monday-Friday. Bonds outside of those hours may be posted at the Kenton County Detention Center.
