Mod Organizer 2, Wyre Mash, Nexus Mod Manager, Oblivion Mod Manager, Vortex, Kortex, and others. The best 2 options are Mod Organizer 2 and Wrye Mash , they have different perks. For new users, Wrye Mash may be better, as with it it's harder to do things the wrong way.
I use Nexus Mod Manager Community Edition with hundreds of mods and plugins, and I love it. Posted. I do not use Bethesdas Mod Manager, I use the site itself for the Mods, I add them to my Library and then install them via the Game Menu. At some point in the future we might look at providing a means to split downloads to different managers based on the game, but ME3Tweaks is the first (and only) mod manager that supports a game that isn't also supported by Vortex so it's very low priority at the moment.
There is only one thing. If you now are active playing the game managed with NMM, my advice is to keep it that way. Exporting a NMM setup to Vortex can sometimes give troubles. But for a new setup of a game there is in my opinion not a better manager than Vortex. After a little learning easy to use, easy and fast to switch profiles and games ...
