Have FreeFTPd installed and connecting to it with a FileZilla Client Connection is SFTP with NT Authentication. This all seems to work fine, but any windows file/folder security permissions set on the server are being ignored.

I´m trying to find the exact same features as FreeFTPd but unfortunately this software is very unstable but works great if you dont run it as a service, and just start it while on RDP. But immediately when you quit RDP the app crashes aswell.
