The Denver and Rio Grande Western K-28 is a class of ten 3 ft (914 mm) gauge narrow gauge 2-8-2 "Mikado" type steam locomotives built in 1923 by the Schenectady Locomotive Works of the American Locomotive Company (ALCO) for the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad.
