The Blackwater Sports was a basketball team that played in the PBA Developmental League (PBA D-League) from 2011 to 2014. It was one of the founding teams of the PBA D-League and was owned by Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc. The team was originally named Blackwater Elite during the 2011 season.

On February 17, 1842, the legislature granted a charter for the Mount Pleasant Literary Institute, soon to be renamed as Mount Pleasant Collegiate Institute. [1] Despite the charter, organization and fund raising were sluggish at first. Twenty acres of land was donated for the campus by four Mount Pleasant residents in March 1843.
