I don’t think you can stream it for free in the US. You can sign into Comedy Central with a cable provider to unlock a few random episodes and then: HBO Max - Seasons 1-24 Paramount+ - South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut, South Park: Post COVID and South Park: Post COVID: The Return of COVID
I thought I’ve seen every episode of South Park but I recently found out that 3 episodes are “banned” from Hulu. If you don’t know, episodes 503, 1405 and 1406 are banned because, from what I’ve seen online, they show an uncensored Mohammad (there was another episode with a censored Mohammad).

No. This is their statement after 201 aired: "In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps.

The original episode didn’t even blur Mohammed. 0 censorship. But Trey Stone and Matt Parker got Islamic death threats, Comedy Central folded, everybody folded. Everything became censored and the 2 part episode ended up getting stricken from Comedy Central and the South Park website completely. Turns out the speech in this video was 100% correct.
