I am on PS Extra now but I don't see Puppeteer listed on the PS Store at all. What happened to the whole PS3 streaming thing? I was under the impression that it was part of the Plus Premium. Is there no way to play this game now without getting out the old PS3?

I was planning to download the PS Now and play few games on my laptop (macbook pro) but it's only available for Windows and it seems like it won't be a MAC version. Why they do that ? Why they also removed the PS Now from the PS Vita ? The only way now is installing bootcamp and Windows which I don't want. Any reasons for keep PS Now only on W10 ?

If you already have a game through PS Plus and EA Play you can now buy it if you want to keep the game forever. Lets say your PS Plus subscription is expiring next month and the game you are playing is currently at a discount on the store. You can now buy the game taking advantage of the deal and you get to keep it after the subscription expires.
It's literally exactly what I said. Ps plus incorporates ps now. The download feature is apart of the streaming service, you can download games that you can stream.
