UPDATE: I pulled the blower motor out yesterday and tested it. It was barely turning at all. I removed the plastic shield from around the motor itself so I could see the motor contacts inside. I squirted in some WD40 and fired it back up. It is now running like a new one on all speeds. All connectors were good.
