I know my shop is 12 months 12k mile warranty on work done. This depends on the shop. If you went to some cut rate shady place to save a buck, they will drag their feet or try to quote you additional repairs. If you went to a reputable place or the dealership, repairs are covered. I work for a dealership and while not common, this has happened.
I recently bought a 435i through Carvana. I purchased it with their in house warranty company, Silver Rock. I also manage an auto repair shop. So I immediately ran my car through the shop 3 times in 2 months. Silver Rock paid out over 7 thousand dollars to fix issues on the car. There didn't question a single thing on my list.
I think it just means that they warranty the work done by the body shop for as long as you own the car. I believe most insurance companies do that, it's not anything particularly special. I'm looking to change insurance companies and noticed that TD's website promotes an Auto Repair Warranty. I called TD to get a quote on this but the….
Is this fixable or should I use my warranty. Not fixable and somewhat dangerous at this point. AGM recombines the gasses, the battery is now open and hydrogen gas will escape. Any spark near that could cause a catastrophic self disassembly, aka boom…. That battery is physically damaged and needs to be replaced that thing has sulfuric acid in ...
Fairly big repair job, valve cover ($625), oil filter housing gasket ($53.50) and gasket ($83.1) and labour ($1239) Plus tax brings me to ($3114.30). A big chunk of change! The claim from lubrico has already been rejected because it doesn’t cover seals and gaskets
If they know they aren’t going to release the car to you until the warranty company pays them, and they know the warranty company isn’t going to release the payment quickly, they should tell you up front. If the dealer sold you the extended warranty ask if they are still selling extended warranties from that company.
Corrective repairs will be completed at the original Auto Repair Xpress Facility if practical, but may also be covered at any one of our countrywide Auto Repair Xpress Facilities. In the unlikely event that an Auto Repair Xpress Facility cannot correct the repair, GEICO will pay another facility reasonable costs to correct the covered repairs.
Endurance warranties aren’t worth it. Mine would be $150/mo. For 3 years and the coverage was 4 years/80k miles extended warranty. I got my car serviced when the 30 day waiting period was up and they recommended a timing cover reseal soon as my engine was “seeping” not leaking oil… whatever that means.
Budpalumbo. • 4 yr. ago. Best none. Worst all. If you need an extended warranty to pay for repairs you can't afford to maintain the car you're buying. Warranty companies exist to make money. They price the warranty on the level of coverage and how much they expect to pay out based on that level. They have data on millions of cars to back up ...
BEWARE, do not purchase an auto warranty from Endurance, they are highly skilled scam artists. Do not believe all the paid reviews you see on the internet or the lies their sales people tell you. Read the warranty agreement CAREFULLY, talk to your dealership or mechanic in person, ask people you actually know that have had experience with ...
