Stanley Drummond Wolff (4 February 1916 – 9 April 2004) was an English organist, choirmaster, composer, and music educator who was primarily active in North America. His compositional output primarily consists of anthems for choir and works for solo organ.
Scott has been recognized, during the past twenty plus years, as one of America's foremost composers of music for the church. His hymns are published in eight hymnals, including A New Hymnal for Colleges and Schools (Yale University Press), Voices United (The United Church of Canada) and With One Voice (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America).
His choral compositions and arrangements have been published by Hinshaw Music, Oxford University Press, Harold Flammer, Carl Fischer, Genevox, MorningStar, Coronet Press, Mark Foster, and Alliance Music Publications. He has been the recipient of an annual ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers) Award each year since 1980.
Christiansen is also a composer. He wrote the music to the LDS Church hymn "In Fasting We Approach Thee". He has written a broad variety of choral, piano and organ compositions and transcriptions.
