Cape Cod style houses Royal Barry Wills FAIA (August 21, 1895 – January 10, 1962) was an American architect and author. He was a master of the Cape Cod type house, particularly its 1930s–1950s Colonial Revival incarnation.
The house, which is within the bounds of the Cape Cod National Seashore, was donated to the National Park Service in 1973 by Madeleine Weidlinger. [2] The house is the subject of a 2012 lease agreement between the Park Service and the Cape Cod Modern House Trust. [3] The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2014. [1]
