This is a list of streets in Omaha, Nebraska. Founded in 1854, today Omaha's population is over 400,000, making it the nation's 40th-largest city in the United States. There are more than 1.2 million residents within a 50-mile (80-km) radius of the city's center, forming the Greater Omaha area.
Fairacres Road was completed in around 1910 and the lots kept on being built. World War II stopped the development of the lots, but were built up again until 1961, when all of the empty lots were filled. [2] In 1941, the suburb village was annexed into the CIty of Omaha. The Minne Lusa Residential Historic District is located in North Omaha, Nebraska.It is included on the National Register of Historic Places.According to the National Park Service, it is an "example of a substantial, affordable single-family residential development within the city limits that was platted, developed and constructed by a single firm between 1915 and 1941."
