Fast path is this using 2 USB sticks: download Mac OS dmg file (google it) on another PC to one USB stick. insert USB stick with dmg to your Mac and burn this dmg to another USB stick using Disk Utility. restart your Mac and hold option key. proceed with installation.

Good morning! I noticed this after updating to Sonoma 14 on the following devices: Mac Mini M1, Macbook Pro Intel I7, and Macbook Air M1. Each device was, indeed, able to download 2 to 3 wallpapers. It was fast, at least the first one. Afterwards, the server impeeds the downloading phase.
