[1] Nowadays, fishing is still very advanced in the country especially in the sea coasts and inland waters.

The show premiered in 2005 and concluded its nine-season run with the series finale episode on November 5, 2012. The special episode Anthony Bourdain in Beirut that aired between Seasons 2 and 3 was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Informational Programming in 2007. [ 1 ]
The first series of 5 episodes was first broadcast in 2006 and was stripped across 7.00pm on weekdays. A further 5 episodes were first aired in 2007, 6 in 2008 and a fourth series of 3 episodes in 2009. A special was broadcast in 2010. The TV stations Blighty, Dave and Watch all repeat some episodes from the programme.
Fishing Adventurer was created by Cyril Chauquet in Canada, in 2003. Produced originally in partnership with Filmoption International, the TV Show is hosted and directed by Cyril Chauquet. The show is produced in Canada where Cyril Chauquet resides part-time. The show is also broadcast in Canada.
