The text is so small that the rows narrow enough to be effected by the flag icon sizes. So the rows no longer align with each other since flags are only in the right table and not the left table of row numbers. You can see the same thing on a PC monitor if you lessen text alone enough. The solution is for the developers to get back to work on this.
