The largest ETF, as of April 2021, was the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE Arca: SPY), with about $353.4 billion in assets. The second-largest was the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF with around $270.0 billion ( NYSE Arca : IVV ), and third-largest was the Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF ( NYSE Arca : VTI ) with $213.1 billion.
Meanwhile, Prologis has grown its payout at a 13% compound annual rate over the last five years, well above the S&P 500's 5% growth rate. The ETF currently offers a 3.5% income yield.

Case in point: Throughout the most recent bear market in 2022, the S&P 500 dipped by around 19% over the year. The Vanguard Growth ETF, though, sank by close to 34% in the same timeframe.
Since some indices, such as the S&P 500 and FTSE 100, are dominated by large company stocks, an index fund may have a high percentage of the fund concentrated in a few large companies. This position represents a reduction of diversity and can lead to increased volatility and investment risk for an investor who seeks a diversified fund.
