Conceptual plans for a new development, including 14 residential units and 8,500 square feet of commercial space, have been proposed for 1805 Adams and 1812 Washington streets in Wilmington.
The district developed as Wilmington's first planned streetcar suburb between about 1906 and 1941 and includes notable examples of Queen Anne, Classical Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. [2] It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992. [1]
