I think non-caustic alkaline cleaners (PBW, Bru-R-Ez, Cell-R-Master, etc.) are fine for small to medium brew equipment, given proper procedure. Even the 15BBL brewery I worked at used only Bru-R-Ez and an Ultra Niter/X-Puma blend to keep their brewhouse and fermentors clean and beer stone free.
I've forgotten what it takes to clean and sanitize copper equipment. The heat exchanger on my (former) pilot system is made of copper and hasn't been used for a while and I would really like to throw some cleaner in there just to be safe [so we can make some small batches at the winery where I am currently employed during my brewing hibernation.]

The filler took too long, both to get used to and just the fill rate. We were filling off the brite tank with a very long hose to the filler. The foam issue was apparent at first until it got rolling. The seamer worked great. It was the homebrew version of the seamer, and our brewery since has purchased the Pro model.
Our brewpub has switched from Wyeast 1272 to Fermentis S-04 for ease of handling. The flavors and characteristics are very good for us. Okay, so I scour probrewer for used equipment, and I've viewed some equipment that haven't been broadly publicized. But nothing is impressing me just yet.
