The Church of Saint Anne in the Vatican (Italian: Sant'Anna in Vaticano), known as Sant'Anna de' Palafrenieri (English: Saint Anne of the Grooms), is a Catholic parish church dedicated to Saint Anne in Vatican City.
It was done to facilitate the Catholic Church's service to the rapidly expanding Italian population in that area of the city. [3] The new parish was initially served by a small chapel dedicated to St. Ann located on East 112th Street. The first pastor, Father Cardi, a Pallotine, immediately determined to build a suitable church for the parish.

The Church of Saint Anne (commonly known as St. Anne Church, or Saint Anne's) is an Irish Roman Catholic Parish in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The church was founded in 1845. The church serves the communities of Fishtown, Port Richmond, and Kensington.
It was built from 1925 to 1927 by Louis Infante and Son using yellow brick with stone details. The four-story bell tower on the southwest corner is a city landmark and features four cast bronze bells, dedicated to St. Ann, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Francis, and the Immaculate Conception.
