I'd recommend Motorsport Tech BORA hub-centric spacers. As @Hookedup87 said, they aren't cheap but are worth the money; you don't want to cheap out on the item that's bolting your wheel/tire to the truck. I have a set of 2" BORA spacers that I've run on my 3500 on/off for 5 years now and they've been fantastic.

Do -44 offset rims. Wheel spacers aren’t bad if you have everything done right. If you do use wheel spacers, use hub centric and if required, hub centric rings (aftermarket rims). I’ve been running 2” spacers for the last 3 1/2 years. I’ve had to replace the driver’s side wheel bearing twice since then, no other issues. I’m running ...
Those are crappy chinese made spacers, made to fit as many vehicles as possible, made out of pot metal. They're not built hub and wheel centric, they're going to shake when you get to speed, and they're dangerous. The horror stories you may have heard about spacers breaking and wheels flying off - that doesn't happen to our stuff.

Anyone know a distributor in Canada who sells the Bora Wheel Spacers by Motorsport Tech? 2016 Ram 1500 Sport Crew – Bright White, 5.7 litre Hemi, 3.92 Axle Ratio, 4" Superlift Lift Kit, XD Rockstar 2's 20x9 (-12mm offset), 35x12.5x20 Cooper STT Pro's, Bushwacker Pocket Fender Flares, RetraxOne MX Retractable Tonneau Cover, Mopar Bedrug ...
The only brand spacer I have heard universally trusted are the BORA spacers. I believe you either have to do 10mm or less hub centric, or use the adapter-type ones (also hub centric but attach to the hub and studs with lug nuts, then have another set of studs for the wheels and lugs) that are at least 1.5" or more.
You won't have any issues with the BORA spacers. Because they're hub centric they transfer the weight of the truck onto the hub properly rather than relying on the studs for all the sheer force which is what causes them to break. With the 1.5" spacers, stock wheels, and 285/65/20's you won't have any rubbing issues to worry about.

These Hubcentric Wheel Spacers bought on Hexautoparts work perfect on my 2003 Dodge Ram 1500.They made the stance look exactly how I wanted it to. 2" was perfect on the stock 20's with 33" aggressive (ish) all seasons. Haven't driven at high speeds yet but am hoping since they're hub centric there's no vibration or wobble.
