Fresh Air is an American radio talk show broadcast on National Public Radio stations across the United States since 1985. It is produced by WHYY-FM in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania . The show's hosts are Terry Gross and Tonya Mosley .
Terry Gross (born February 14, 1951) [1] is an American journalist who is the host and co-executive producer of Fresh Air, an interview-based radio show produced by WHYY-FM in Philadelphia and distributed nationally by NPR. Since joining NPR in 1975, Gross has interviewed thousands of guests.
Fresh Radio broadcast to an area of approximately 2,000 square miles (5,200 km 2) to an adult population of around 200,000 people. Its coverage area was, broadly, bounded by the M6 motorway to the west, the A1(M) to the east, the A66 to the north, and the towns of Skipton, Keighley and Ilkley to the south.
