The next big update to the sheet is as follows: -Dropdown menu on the Key Ability Mod for Class DC and will get rid of the Key Ability boxes on the Ability Scores section on Page 1 -The Notes page will become a Feats Overview Page and Notes will become a separate PDF with sections on Allies and Adversaries.
It resembles the original Pathfinder sheet in format, which makes it easier to navigate, and it can be printed if you need to. It also has the inventory on the same sheet as the rest of the stats, so I don't have to jump from one sheet to the other, and the carrying capacity is actually perfectly accurate.
Every PDF reader I've ever used allows you to save PDFs (Ctrl+S is the usual shortcut for this). If you don't want to save over the blank sheet, you can either make a copy first or use the "Save As" function (usually Ctrl+Shift+S) to save the file under a different name.

On this character sheet, it would have been reflected with a +3 with Partial Boost, moving up to a +4 with Partial Boost. I've been using it for years, it's super comprehensive and insanely useful. This one is "just" the main character sheet and the equipment/spellcasting sheets are separate but can be linked to the main sheet. Older version(s) had all sheets in one doc but it's a pain in the ass to load if you have an older computer/tablet.
I did use Acrobat Pro. I used the form building tools and a few scripts as needed for calculations. I used to make PDF forms at my old job, so I got pretty familiar with the software. With this many fields, it’s definitely a little tedious to do. Especially fixing the tab order so you can tab through the fields in a semi-logical way.
I dont have a suggestion, but i'd also like to find a good character sheet. Im big into art and drawing, so I often make a bunch of premades and draw their portraits for my players. Ideally I'd like a sheet with all stats skills and feats on one page with a sizeable area to draw the character. Everything else can fit on the subsequent sheets.
Im completely new to Pathfinder as a whole, I do however play DnD, but ive wanted to make the switch over to pathfinder for a little while now. The thing that has been holding me back however, has been the lack of what i deemed as clear, and good character sheets. So, I made designed my own.
