The template should automatically detect the correct title of the outline article, as long as it has been named in one of the more common patterns for such articles (check the link to be sure it worked). If the (draft) outline already exists in the projected outline space but is a redlink, one can create it via template and develop, or leave it for others to create (again, please don't create new outlines directly in article space - they need to be developed first as drafts and then moved there).
