  8. Charles does have a point. That massive photo montage at the top makes it odd to nominate something later in the article. And makes the "Balcón del Mediterráneo" look, by far, like the most important thing about the city. I'd say the image used in the article is a bit too bizarre and overstuffed to be considered stable.
