Pierce is in eastern Kewaunee County and is bordered by the city of Algoma to the north, Kewaunee to the south, and Lake Michigan to the east. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 21.7 square miles (56.1 km 2), of which 18.5 square miles (47.9 km 2) are land and 3.2 square miles (8.3 km 2), or 14.71%, are water.
